Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within ONE WORKING DAY after receipt of payment and are shipped via the carrier.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are free except for UPS’s and Batteries which attract a Surcharge to cover packaging and collection from our warehouse. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Carrier Method: “THE COURIER GUY” 

This is a PREMIUM DOOR to DOOR Courier Service anywhere in South Africa (EXCEPT RURAL FARMSTEADS).

The Courier Collects Same Day (If Payment Reciept is recieved before 10h00), or Next Working Day Morning.

We notify You of the TRACKING NUMBER & Call Centre number for Tracking.

The Courier Guy Delivers generally as follows:

Next Working Day: Greater Metropolitan Areas Local or Served by a Regional Airport such as the Gauteng Metroplex (Acacia in the North, Witbank in the East, Randfontein in the West & Sasolburg in the South), Durban, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, Richards Bay, East London, George, Kimberley and Nelson Mandela Bay (Port Elizabeth).

NB: If the Shipment includes over- sized parcels or flamable goods, (e.g. non-sealed lead acid batteries), then road freight is utilised and up to one additional day is needed for delivery.
